There are so many things to like about fish, you can eat them anyway you like. You can serve them fresh and raw (sashimi), steamed, fried, grilled, and so much more. Not only that fish is a delicious treat to your family, eating fish also have many health benefits. Fish oil is known to contain omega 3 fatty acid which is very helpful to the heart. For this reason and many other health benefits, people are moving toward adding fish and fish oil supplements in their everyday diet.

Omega 3 fatty acid is one of the essential fatty acids that our body cannot produce but we can have them through proper diet and/or through fish oil supplements. Among the types of fish that produces omega 3 fatty acids are the sardines, mackerel, lake trout, tuna and salmon. Eating these types of fish and fish oil products will surely give you more energy and resistance to diseases such as heart attack, stoke and several types of cancer (breast, colon, and prostate cancer). Aside from this, eating fish and fish oil supplements rich in omega 3 can also give you a positive perspective in life since they have the capacity of positively affect a person’s ability to think better.

However because these types of fish are not always available in some places, thus fish oil supplements such as fish oil pills are now manufactured and offered at different stores so there would no longer be any reason that would hinder you from having omega 3 in your diet.
